Wi-Fi Connectivity Notice: Offline Sharing Note

Our photo and video booths use cellular service to instantly send digital content to guests via text and email. We know some venues—especially tucked away in hills, remote properties, or inside large buildings—may have weak cellular or Wi-Fi signals. To keep things smooth for guests, we’ve enabled AirDrop sharing (for iPhone/iPad users) and local device-sharing so your content can be handed off immediately without relying on a strong internet connection.

• Guests who have an iOS device can receive their photo or video directly via AirDrop on-site.

• If neither Wi-Fi nor strong cellular is available, we’ll still capture the content and send it once a reliable network is reached.

Please let us know in advance if you’re in a low-signal area or inside a heavily shielded building so we can plan accordingly. Thank you for helping us deliver a seamless experience!
